What have the service team been doing behind the scenes?
We have been busy over the last 4 months! So far, we have achieved, an increase in correspondence, faster first responses and increased workflow efficiency.
Our goal is to make you feel heard as fast as we can and we believe the results so far reflect that, but why stop there? We have decided to take it up a gear and offer an all in one support channel, the service portal!
The service portal has been updated, renewed and streamlined. There are multiple great tools to increase communication, ease discussion amongst teams and lower the use of email inboxes.

What's next for service?
As you can see below, our average response time has been great over the last couple of weeks! We promise to keep it under 60 minutes, but we aim to answer as soon as possible!
