New portal features!
?️ Portal changes:
Recently, you might have noticed a slight change to the design on the portal. This is the introduction of the dark and light mode!
To toggle between light and dark, please scroll to the bottom of the page and you will find a toggle on all pages.
? Service catalog:
Currently the service catalog isn't widely used. To improve your experience on the portal, we have began to introduce templates for common tasks which you would like us to do. This includes database adjustments, updating end user details and much more.
If you have a common service that you would like to be added for you and your team, let us know! All of these common services are hidden to other users of the portal that are outside of your organisation.
? Service on the go:
The portal is fully compatible with mobile browsers! So, if you are on the go, travelling or out of reach from your computer, you can still contact us for all your needs!
? Colleagues tickets:
Whilst this feature has been available on the portal for a while, we have noticed a few people unable to see their colleagues tickets. If this is affecting you, please let us know! There is a ticket template on the service catalog which you can use to request access, either for yourself or others!
