Once your project is live, we direct all future development questions and queries towards the service team via the portal.
This includes:
- Bugs
- Tasks
- Questions
- Improvements
- New features
When to use Slack
When it comes to Slack communication, we aim to only use Slack for active development of paid hours.
This means, once improvements, new features or sprint work is underway, Slack communication can proceed (you are still welcome to submit bugs at this time). This includes discussion with developers directly in the Slack channel.
